MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Best Management Practices

We at Fine Refiners Pvt. Ltd. have installed the most modern equipment and adopted the latest technology for recycling of used/waste oils which leaves nothing as waste after process and hence no hazardous waste either generated or discharged to the environment which allows a clean environment to exist. This has resulted in granting of license to us by the Central Pollution Control Board, New Delhi and Gujarat State Pollution Control Board for collection, storage and re-refining/recycling of used/waste oil. Very few companies have been granted with such license because the CPCB & GPCB has stipulated stringent standards for collection, storage and re-refining/recycling of the used/waste oil which is hazardous to the environment if not handled properly. We are the largest re-reiners/ recyclers of waste/ used oils. The history of used oil mismanagement practices at processing facilities has resulted in numerous cases of environmental damage where used/waste oils were the major constituent of concern.

Handling

It is most important to take utmost care while disposing off and transporting the waste/used oil considering the fact that it is an hazardous waste which will cause environmental damages and danger to environment. As in all recycling, the less the material is handled, the better. Any time that used oil transfer occurs there is the possibility of a spill. Preventive measures in handling are important to lessen spills and ensure human error is minimized. Experienced oil recyclers have very low instances of spillage.

SEPARATING DIFFERENT TYPES OF USED/WASTE OILS

Lubricating oil gets contaminated after use. It loses the potential lubricating values required in different equipments. It is critical that contaminants be kept out of used oil to make it to its original form for use again thus saving the precious oil. The used oils should be separated by their different types. Like wise waste oil is also generated in the processes of refineries and other like industries which has to be recycled for making it as a fuel oil for further use.

RE-REFINING/RECYCLING

It is an activity that involves the Used/Waste oils that are safely brought to the site and are recycled back into usable items thus avoiding dumping of the waste in the environment and preventing pollution and facilitate keep clean atmosphere.
